Accessibility statement
Last reviewed October 10, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use tristaradvanced.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by accessibility laws in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip to the main content.
- Pages have unique titles and a clear heading structure, and moving to a new page takes focus to its heading.
- Form fields have labels, and help text and error messages are read out with the field they belong to. Errors are described in words, not just with color.
- Images have text descriptions, and icon-only buttons have text labels.
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast requirements in both light and dark mode, and the site follows your system's color mode and reduced-motion settings.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens, without scrolling sideways.
- Nothing flashes, and nothing moves or changes on its own. The only motion is in response to what you do: sections fade in as you scroll to them, and an audio demo's levels move while it plays. Both are left out when your system is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
- We haven't yet had the site independently audited, or tested it with every combination of browser and assistive technology.
- In the administration area, the product description editor's link button uses the browser's own prompt dialog.
- This statement covers the website. Our downloadable software has its own interface, which this statement doesn't cover.
If you run into anything else, please tell us.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with the screen readers commonly used with them, such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need information in a different format, open a support ticket (you don't need an account), or write to Tristar Advanced Software, LLC, 6545 Market Ave. North, STE 100, Canton, OH 44721, USA. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll help you get what you need and work on a fix. We aim to reply within five business days.
If you're not satisfied
If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the body that enforces accessibility law where you live. In the European Union, that's your country's national enforcement authority for the European Accessibility Act.
